The best fitted root stocks are chosen resulting from the soil climate analysis conducted in France. The winery construction begun in October 2004. In their four level facility, there is a tasting room at the top level with a wonderful view. Production takes place between the other three levels; the grape processing begins at the first level, with picking bins tipped on the first vibrating sorting table, then stem remover, the second vibrating sorting table and into a crusher/stemmer on this level.
